HOW TO HAVE GOOD GOVERNMENT FOR ALL!

Get Millions of People Including: All Races, All People of Color, Native   Americans, All Ethnicities, All Religions (or No Religion), All National Origins, All Gender Preferences, and the LGBTQ Community to Organize and Work Together to Achieve Good, Fair Government for All People that is Especially, More Beneficial, for All Regular, Not Rich, People; A Government that will Improve Opportunity and Lift Up the Lives of All Regular Hardworking People, Disadvantaged and Poor People to be Enjoyable, Rewarding, Worthwhile, Happy, Safe, Secure, and Protected from Premature Death from Preventable Causes.

Change our current System of Justice, which favors, and is much more lenient on Rich and White people, and much more difficult and harsh on Poor people and People of Color. All people should be treated equally and fairly under the Law.

We should change our Philosophy of Justice, and our Attitude toward dealing with Crime and Punishment to work more for Prevention and Behavior modification; and less toward Jailing, Incarceration, and abusive, severe and inhumane punishment. The Goals of Judicial Corrections should be aimed more toward using Dignity, Respect, Training, and Education to achieve Good Behavior on the part of Offenders, and less use of Vengeance, Revenge, and Harsh and Abusive Punishment.

We should END the use of Privatized Prisons.  Private prisons have already been the cause of a great deal of conflict of interest, graft, and bribery. Many judges have already been prosecuted for taking bribes to increase numbers and lengths of prison sentences.

Prisons and jails should be operated ONLY by the Government with very strict rules and regulations; and, should be video monitored in all areas 24 hours a day everyday. 

We should Reduce the Burden on our Justice System by Teaching Good Behavior in schools and community education classes, through Public Service Announcements, and by Simplifying laws and reducing the need for arrests. And, By taking Action to Reduce Poverty by improving employment opportunities, and job skills and training. 

We should Restructure the Bail System. For All but the Most Serious Offenses,  people should be allowed to get out of jail on their own recognizance, especially for first time offenders and for simple offenses. Stop keeping people in Jail for many days, weeks, months, and even years just because of not being able to afford bail. (See true story in the New York Times about Kalief Browder.)

Pass Laws, Rules and Regulations that are Fair, Simple, Easy to Understand, and Apply them Fairly and Equally to All People Regardless of Wealth, Race, Ethnicity, Religion, Occupation, Gender preference, National Origin, or Citizenship.

Have Laws, Justice and Punishment NOT BASED on Vengeance or Revenge.

Action and/or Punishment Against Law Breaking should:

       1. Be Commensurate with the Offence.

       2. Provide Restitution to any Victims of Crimes. 

       3. Incorporate Education of Laws and Proper Societal Behavior into any

           Corrective Action taken, whether Fines, Community Service, or

            Incarceration.

       4. During Punishment, always treat Offenders Humanely with dignity and

            respect, Without abuse, ridicule or unnecessary judgmental violence on

            the part of Police or Corrections Officers.

       5. Restore offenders Rights after they have paid their debt to Society, and

            have Programs to help them to return to, and become Productive 

            Members of the Community.

       6. Stop using Capital Punishment. It is Uncivilized, Barbaric, Racist,

            Unfairly carried out, has been Mistakenly carried out, and is NOT a

            Deterrent to Crime.

       7. Our justice system should be used fairly with the Goal of improving society

             and human behavior.

       8. Not work to enhance our position as leader of the World In Private,

            for Profit, Prisons; And the Highest Prison Population in the world.

Think of Improving our Government and the Economy to Benefit Regular and Poor People as a Competitive Game that We Must Win!

Just like Football or  Baseball we must build our Team. We need to Recruit Players from all walks of life. There is Something for Everyone. No matter who you are, there is a Role for you to Play. We Need You! Please Help!

Our Competitors are Rich People, Large Corporations, and the Republican Party, all of whom are doing everything they can to get All of the Wealth, and Income in America and the World, all while Totally Disregarding the Great Masses of Regular and Poor People; AND, The Environment.

In order to make our Government work for Regular, not rich People, We must increase our power by increasing our numbers of voters and making sure they know for whom they should VOTE! We need large numbers of Dedicated, Reliable, Dependable Voters. 

A Very Important thing we Must Absolutely do:  VOTE in every election, Federal, State, and Local. 

Spread the Word, That "We the People" are in charge of Our Country and Our Government!  And, that we must be Involved, Informed, and Work Together for Good, Fair, Transparent Government that is Beneficial to All People; Especially the Great Majority of our people, the regular hardworking, not rich People, Poor People, and disadvantaged People.

Our Government has always been mostly controlled by Rich People and Rich Businesses who get laws and regulations passed to mostly benefit themselves. Rich People and Rich Businesses mostly do not care about regular People.  

We can be in charge by Being Organized, working together, staying informed, by always voting for good intelligent candidates, by always communicating with people in our Government.
