In order to Secure and Maintain World Peace, the United States and it's Allies should Establish An International, All Volunteer, Well Regulated, WORLD PEACE MILITIA!  Made up of only the highest quality volunteers from all the Military Services, and from the highest quality trained volunteers from Civilian Life, of the Great Nations of the World that believe in Individual Freedom and Human Rights.

All Members of the World Peace Militia will be Volunteers!

This World Peace Militia will have it's own Service Branches equivalent to an army, navy, marines, air force, coast guard, merchant marines, construction battalion, and other trained divisions; agriculture and water, natural resource conservation, a natural and man made disaster force including structure and terrain fire fighters, first responders, an education and negotiation division, and other divisions to be determined.

 It will be funded by, and governed by the member nations. It's primary objective will be solving, and overcoming problems that prevent world peace, tranquility, and prosperity. It will be ready to take action any minute, any day, 1440/7  with a preconceived plan for all imagined possible scenarios. First by using non-violent conflict resolution through common sense persuasion and negotiation, and then, if necessary, swift, insurmountable force to diffuse the situation and bring any conflict and violence to a quick end.

It will be governed by committee members from all the nations, and a board of directors from all the branches. Daily operations will be directed by a triumvirate made up by the United States and two other supreme nations.
