Mental and Physical Wellness are just two of these Influences. While they are very important, our ability to achieve a productive and healthy, overall level of Wellness and Wellbeing is also dependent on some other factors. Some of them are; sufficient financial security to preclude worry about the ability to obtain the basic necessities of living; physical safety and security for one's self and one's family, positive loving relationships with family members and close friends, social relationships with other people; knowledge, education, spiritual guidance and mentoring in life skills; healthy, nutritious food, regular exercise, rest and relaxation, adequate quantity and quality of sleep, a good work ethic, and regular free time.
Health care: We need quality, comprehensive, preventive, mental and physical health care with health and life skills counseling for ALL PEOPLE from birth to death, and free of charge for all people in the bottom financial 80% of America, and easily affordable for those financially above the bottom 80%. Health and healthcare should be an integral part of education with a goal of preventing illness and accidents. By teaching positive life skills, good habits, healthy nutrition, exercise, safety consciousness, we can prolong quality life, enrich living experiences, and reduce the incidence of preventable causes of premature deaths.
It would be a great asset to our country and our population if mental and physical health care was readily available to all people. Receiving quality health care should be a regular part of living. It would greatly reduce the demands on Emergency Rooms, which are a poor substitute for regular health care, plus, they are very expensive, and yet, so sad to say, are often the only medical care resource available to poor people.
Receiving regular mental healthcare, and checkups, should be DE-STIGMATIZED, through education, and treated as a normal part of living. Taking care of one's mental health should be a point of pride and a badge of honor. People who act out, have anger management problems, who kill others or themselves, definitely have some mental issues which should be addressed by society.

Medical and educational providers should be considered to be professionals and compensated commensurately. Premium, Deluxe health care and education for those who want it or feel they need it could very well be "for profit." Federally regulated health care for the masses should NOT be for profit. Whether you call it socialism, democratic socialism, or socialized medicine, a country as RICH as the United States should provide a safe and healthy living environment for all its People, Rich and Poor alike.
